Delivery Policy

The delivery charges for all online purchases are as follows:
€10.95 for orders of up to €200.00 and free for orders of €200.00 upwards.

Delivery includes post and packing and is for goods supplied within the
Republic of Ireland. Outside Ireland, please phone +353 868510872.

We normally expect your order to be delivered within 3 working days, for example an order placed on Monday should arrive on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday should arrive on Tuesday.

 We employ third-party courier services to deliver your fittings.. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days


All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.


It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the goods, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.

A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and will no longer be liable for their loss or destruction

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct Realex to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 working days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. We recommend you include this code with the returned item.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.


The company reserves the right to decline any Order. We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
